It’s from the episode “Maigret and the Flemish Shop” in which Anna plays a tune on the piano so beautiful Maigret virtually swoons. Eventually he identifies her as the murderer, but because it’s not his case — and because, in my opinion, she so seduced him with this music — he lets her go. The episode ends with Anna on the platform, Maigret on the train as it pulls out of the station, their eyes locked on each other. It’s not the Grieg “Solveig Song” that also features in this episode.
